10 Day passed. Binance still failed to respond and keep my account disabled.

Binance has disabled my account since 22 May 2021 due to security concern. On their help chat,they asked me to upload a selfie video and stating that my account was not on risk. I did it the same day. After uploading, They chatted that they will escalate to re-enable my account. Since then it was a night mare. They did not answer my reddit or twitter. Every time , I sent a message to get any response, Just a automatic bot pops up with the same useless response. Uploaded another video 4 days later. Again no response. I do not understand what is happening. There are all of my familiy`s coins in my account and now Binance does not let me withdraw from my account. My mother needs to cash out and Binance is not responding. A total nightmare. I do not know what to tell them. Can anyone help? Very stressful for me
