2020 Transactions

Trying to get transactions for 2020 downloaded. The ones I was able to get are .tar.gz files at 1kb, (supposedly openable with 7-Zip but that doesn't work) so even if I could open them, doubt anything is there. Is it possible to have someone at Binance send year 2020 to me? I was only able to get four of those files I can't open and have to wait a month for another 4. Seems ridiculously onerous to me and could sure use some help. My accountant needs the transactions. Thanks for any help.
