Best way to send funds to Mexico

I just sent $250 American via Western Union to a relative with a broken down car in Mexico. It was a nightmare. It took 30 minutes and the receipt was printed so lightly it was barely readable. My relatives don't know anything about btc. What is the simplest way for Mexicans to receive btc and convert it to Pesos, both deposited into a bank account or maybe btc ATMs? What exchange is simplest for non tech savy Mexicans?

I would probably send it via Lightening network from Cashapp or my other Lightening wallet. I could easily just use a regular btc wallet as well.
