Binance is trying to steal my crypto apparently

Hello reddit. I am absolutely frustrated with Binance. My wife has an account with them and holds some crypto in that account.
They really seem to be trying to steal our assets. Her account was verified in the UK which got unverified around the new year and when we went through the verification process again. They not only didn't verify but they also messaged us to withdraw all the assets or the account will be locked. We immediately tried to withdraw but couldn't even do that because we were getting a message saying that withdraw is not possible due to some risk and we need to contact customer service, despite us going through all the 2FA methods.
We then contacted their customer service who were very dismissive at first just saying they can't provide any service to us due to their terms of service. After chatting with multiple people and telling them that we don't need any service, they asked us for video recordings of statements from my wife and additional documents to unlock our withdrawal but even that didn't happen.

We went in a queue to speak to a specialist and finally when the queue ended, the person who came online, again told us that she's connecting us to another specialist!! And we went into yet another 6-12 hour queue!!! After this, the next specialist just messaged that we can't use their services and their decision is final, then closed the thread. This is all despite us repeatedly saying that we don't need any services from them and just want to withdraw out crypto!!

They don't have any reason to withhold our money and we provided every information/video recording/document they asked.

Does Binance really understand how frustrating and stressful this is for someone to take their money away like this and be so dismissive?

Again, we don't even need any services from them anymore, just want to withdraw our crypto which we bought on their platform.
