Well, like everyone else, can't get the email in time to withdraw my crypto. No response at all from their customer service. They will take our money, but once we make some profits, won't let us withdraw it. I never have this issue with Kraken or Coinbase Pro. If you are ever thinking about trying Binance US, forget about it. You can NEVER withdraw your money. The lower fees are just a scam.
