Scammed by Bitpay for over $320

I was SCAMMED by Bitpay for $300+. I recently used Bitpay to make a $300+ transaction using the lightning network, and unfortunately, the lightning payment was sent 2 minutes after the Bitpay invoice expired, so I had to contact Bitpay for a refund....

Would Blackrock just buy Grayscale?

So with this sudden rush to get ETFs approved and a desire to acquire bitcoin, would it make sense for Blackrock to just write a check for Grayscale atop whatever holdings they already have? Or is it really as simple are Blackrock just going to Coinb...
