New transfers (after April 15) by United States users will not earn rewards.

Anything you’ve deposited to Celsius before April 15th will continue to earn rewards but that does it for US users for any yield on future deposits.

UNLESS…

…You’re an accredited investor.

Wow. It’s perfectly fine to allow the wealthy to keep getting paid but the door is now closed to the vast majority of Americans.

These actions are why crypt exists in the first place.

DeFi is where we should be headed anyway.

Celsius will still custody coins that you deposit and US users will still have access to other features like swap, borrow etc.
