Some pretty interesting context in there. It's worth a watch/listen.
For example: in relation to the charge of not being registered as a securities exchange, broker or clearing agent; it's not actually possible to register; it's something that Coinbase had been asking the SEC about - that particular charge is, in effect, specifically for failing to do the impossible.
I hope this guy gets airtime on all the talking-head shows that GG was doing the rounds of the other day.
