Difference between Convert and Advanced/Classic?

Hey

Got a few questions:

1. Is there any difference in fees if you trade crypto through Binance's "Convert" tool or the "Classic/Advanced" tool?
2. On the Convert tool, they say "Zero fee" but they clearly have trading fees: https://www.binance.com/en/fee/schedule . Where does those fees apply if it's not through trading on the convert tool?
3. Besides the Classic/Advanced tool having more features, are there any other differences when compared to the Convert tool?
