I overpaid a seller due to a mistake in my banks app. The app double the transfer and when I called they couldn't take it back because it was "voluntary".
The seller didn't want to refund and I managed to get into a new order with him and appeal and with great work from binance CC team I got my money back.
I can tell you the bank didn't do shit for me and Binance was extremely helpful and answering almost immediately.
I constantly see bad talking about binance CC and I can tell you is not true, this guys are much better than any bank or institution I've tried to claim something. And it wasn't even their fault.
