How can I exchange my cryptos back to gbp/transfer them to my bank account?

A friend of mine bought me NEO and ICX years ago, turns out they're now worth very little. He transferred them over to me and we're not really in touch anymore now. I find binance super confusing and know very little about any of it all, I kinda just want to get my money out of there and close the account. But I have no idea how to do so (to transfer my NEO and ICX into gbp onto my bank account). If anyone can give me clear instructions that would be fab thanks loads!
