How would you withdraw $1 million out of crypto back to fiat?

I don’t have that amount of crypto but I’m legit wondering how people do it – assuming $1 million is the amount you don’t plan to reinvest in crypto anytime soon. As many details as possible would be helpful.

(Kind of filling space for character requirement now) Part of me feels like it would be easiest to just send the USDC/USDT to an app like Kracken, Coinbase, or Voyager to swap to fiat and send to my bank account but I’m not sure. Would it be safe to have that amount of money in one place? Would you swap it all to fiat at once or leave some in stablecoin?

Let’s say you convert it all to fiat, what do you do next with that amount of money? Do you put it in a savings account even though they are only insured up to $250k? Do you leave it in your checking account, etc?
