I feel stupid for not having gotten into Crypto earlier...

So I´ve always been a tech enthusiast, building pc´s, staying up to date on most tech related news. Coming more from the gamer side of things I´ve been somewhat sceptical about bitcoin and other blockchain currencies. Especially mining had been a thorn in my side as the gpu shortage is is pretty annoying. My pc is pretty beefy, but I still would´ve liked to get me a 3090 at msrp to replace my 2080ti.

I´ve gotten a bigger amount of money from my grandparents and was starting to think as to what I should do with it. Since I´ve always been rather sceptical of the banks way of handling money, I didnt want to have to much money in my account as I wanted to have assets of proper value. Also, the stock market and wallstreet are an abomination in my eyes, that should die rather sooner than later, so what should I do?

Inevitable I came to read more about crypto and was actually getting really interested in it. I´ve started mining about 4 euroes per day in my 2080ti... and how the hell have I been so stupid to not do this earlier? I´m literally making money while only using some of the cheap electricity. My system is very well cooled by several radiators so even when mining intensive coins I wont get more than 70°C on my gpu.

With the support of my wife I´ve bought some smaller amount of bitcoin and started mining some ravencoin. So now I´ll build a mining rig (yeah i know, buying bitcoin would probably net me more money, but I still love building that stuff and even though gpu mining is probably not the future it´ll still last a while, even with ETH going PoS, also it´s fun for me).

Now I´m watching my wallets worth go up.. it´s so satisfying. I know I´m a bit late to the party, but it´s still a good time to get started. I used to spend so much money on games and.. well rather unneccesary hardware, but everytime I´m buying something right now my head just goes like... well I could buy this... but I could also buy 0.XXXXXXX amount of bitcoin with this...

Long story short: I was stupid for not liking something I didn´t really understand and now spending money on anything else than crypto (and my pregnant wife) just feels like wasting it.
