I uploaded my bank statement to pass the second stage of ID verification. I received an email stating that the passport I had supplied several years earlier had now expired and therefore I need to upload my new passport.
I tried to do that on your website using my PC but I cannot upload a file, I have to take a picture. But my PC does not have a camera.
I headed to the app on my iPad only to be told there are too many sessions.
I logged out from your website on my PC and now the app on my iPad says I am not authorised to access the app.
When I try to login to your website on my PC I am now told “403 Error …. Request blocked”.
How do I send to you a photo of my new passport so that I can access my Binance account once again?
