I'm here for the long term, but I still check the charts "100" times per day.

It's an addiction for me. For a few seconds I'm filled with an over riding sensation of either joy or despair.

I don't know why I check it so often. I have no plans to sell, yet I monitor every percentile up or down.

I feel if I don't check it I'm going to miss out on a "once in a lifetime" opportunity to buy something.

After i check my favourites I will check the top gainers, followed by the top loosers. It's amazing how often a top gainer turns into a top looser the following day by the way.

Perhaps I'm trying to fill a missing void in my mundane day to day life. Perhaps I'm looking for a reason to get my phone out and stare at a screen again.

I know I'm not alone.
