Lost 3 BTC in futures trade due to Binance Technical issues

Dear Community,

Yesterday I lost 3.3 BTC due to futures liquidation and My trade was wrongly liquidated.I don't know whom to approach so reaching out to this community so that I can get some support from Binance Moderator / Support. I added new funds and Binance does not let me add new funds and due to technical issues from Binance I lost majority of my portfolio. I might be stupid not keeping stop loss in the first step but given Binance worked my position should not have liquidated and I could have saved all my money yesterday night itself. I am dying inside and still shaking and not able to come out from the shock. Raised Binance ticket to get some support 72657725. Tweeted them on twitter no response. I might be stuck in Limbo. Could you please help me is there any way I can cover some of my losses? How can I reach out to Binance support? We have Binance Insurance right is it something can help cover my losses? any kind of support will be really appreciated. Thank you
