Mandatory Withdrawl due to APP not supporting services in the U.S -- how am I supposed to verify identity???

So I checked in on the app and was informed I had five days to withdraw my funds -- cool. So, I went through the withdrawal process but soon was denied because I had to verify my identity. The problem is: how am I supposed to verify when you don't support the United States? Like there is no option for me to verify my identity because 'United States' isn't available in your drop-down menu. There is no way I'm losing my funds. You should have support enabled at least until I complete withdrawing my funds. Please help?
