Open up a foreign company account for Binance and Okex

As Binance will restrict transactions of users from mainland China by the end of this year, I was told to register a foreign company account and get verified on Binance in order to do the transactions I need in the near future.

Does anyone have experience in opening up foreign company accounts that are convenient and safe while sitting in mainland China? Or do you have any recommendations on which foreign company account works better for my purpose?

I am also a bit worried that Okex would restrict mainland China users, so probably this foreign company account could have multiple uses in the future?
