In theory, if a quantum computer can reverse Bitcoin cryptography, it will be able to do the same with almost any protocol in existence today. This will be year 0 for the digital world. In theory at least. The truth is that no one knows what the capabilities of the quantum computer will be, and when it is known, the appropriate measures will be taken.
