Yesterday I lost money due to a platform malfunction. Full context in the post below:

By talking with support, they kept asking me to show them video footage of my trades. And kept telling me that I'm responsible for refreshing the page all the time.
Is there some kind of unofficial user guide for using binance that I happened to miss? Is video recording everything because they don't assume liability for platform bugs a normal thing? Am I missing anything?
