Withdrawals still suspended after 3 months… Case ID #74328932 .

CS barely responds and when they do they ask for info about 2 random transactions and I give them everything in detail with screenshots and even recordings. Yet somehow the 2 were from the same wallet which I figured out myself cause they wouldn’t tell me anything about anything. These transactions were between me and 2 different people who held the same wallet that I didn’t know. They initially asked if i ever dealt with the person for the first transaction I said no as is the truth however since the second transaction was done from the same wallet they said that I’m contradicting myself After all the explaining I did with all the proof possible to present to the CS that the second transaction was another person they still missunderstand. And keep my withdrawals suspended.
