I'm new to crypto and actually haven't ever used Uniswap before. I just tried to swap $25 worth of ETH for another token on there and it says the transfer fee is $75?? Is this the insane gas fees I keep hearing about? Or did I genuinely do something wrong that caused the fees to go that high? Slippage was 0.5%.
Also the bot deleted this the first time I guess because of the word count, so just disregard this second paragraph, it's just filling space. Weather here is 79F. I'm thinking of rewatching Men In Black later. Also bought ONE at .18 earlier this week and I'm pretty happy about where it's sitting right now. Is this long enough? I hope it's long enough.
