I observed that funding rates should refresh each 8 hours, but I observed in the funding price web page, and in addition in Coinglass funding price web page, there seems to be a reside price that keeps fluctuating minute by minute.
What does this truly imply? Doesn’t it suppose to solely change once per eight hours?
