I've provided after numerous documents as Proof of Address. It's not good enough. I know what the issue is, but I get no response from support on it. I mean, what the hell is wrong with this company? They approved my Proof of Address last week, I bought some crypto and, the next day, they failed my proof of address. I'm stuck in eternal limbo.
I swear getting a mortgage was less strenuous than this.
