Scam alert

Hi! I got message from some dude on Instagram-

“Hi, I want to support you with a one-time donation to patreon but it does not accept cryptocurrency. Do you have a bitcoin address for donations? I want to donate 0.1 bitcoin to you”.

I sent him my bitcoin wallet address on bitcoin.com app and he answered that the site didn’t found my address. I asked him where should I open account to receive this and he send me this site- https://exchangebitx.com. I opened account (really no-to almost zero verification process), sent him address to this wallet and I received 0.01 BTC. The problem is- when I try to withdraw this to another wallet I get this message-

“Due to EU adopts rules to reduce anonymity for crypto users 16 May 2018, we were forced to introduce mandatory account activation. Account is not activated, withdrawal is not available. To activate your account, you need to make a deposit from an external address. Deposited amount will be added to your current balance amount and will be available for withdrawal at any time immediately. More information you can get from support. To confirm your identity make a deposit. Amount of the deposit is 0.01 BTC.”

It stinks of scam af. Should I forget about this btc?
