You can set up recurring lightning payments from your LND node using lnrecc

I felt a need to automate weekly pocket money distribution to my kids. So I built it and learned a lot (mostly about Rust) along the way.

If you're already running a LND node, it's very easy to set up. Just download the binary, create a simple config file and you're ready.
