my place in the order queue question

whats up binance workforce -

i place a limit order in the orderbook, says at zero.15 cents. the current worth is zero.13 cents and rising..

now, at zero,15 cent i'm not the only one. already many bot/ human orders there..

the worth touches 0,15 cents....some orders are crammed, some not...worth falls again down.

my question: is it random who will get crammed? or is it first placed - first served order?
