Hi Have been scammed through false website, where I unfortunately put my Metamask recovery phrase, thus, scammer took control of my wallet and did transfer some ERC 20 tokens; Scammer acted via Singularity.Net Telegram official channel; I could track transactions on Etherscan, and found out his final destination address on Binance, which is 0x28c6c06298d514db089934071355e5743bf21d60; my questions are how to report, and is there any way to start legal action against the scammer ?
